Job Duties:

1. Manage development, administration and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance

Loan Review Officer
Job Duties:

1. Perform detailed loan file and/or on-site reviews of all lending units, on an annual basis.
2. Performs Desk Reviews of all loan approvals of $1MM or more to capture approximately 80% to 85% of the portfolio on an annual basis.
3. Responsible for preparation/distribution of the monthly Delinquency Report that is routed to Sr Management and Board of Directors.
4. Maintain the Bank’s list of Classified Loans. Prepare/maintain the Schedule of Special Attention Credits and Specific Reserves. On a quarterly basis, chairing meetings where each PLR (Problem Loan Reports), classified Special Mention or worse, is reviewed to ensure it is appropriately Risk Rated (Classification).
5. Contribute in the preparation of quarterly ALLL Analysis.
6. Participate to upgrade Loan risk rating tracking, portfolio analysis/reporting, provide training to lenders with regard to risk ratings and problem loan recognition.


Basic Requirements:

1. College degree is required (Accounting, Finance, or business-related discipline preferred but not mandatory).
2. 7 to 10 years commercial lending experience with at least 5 years loan review experience as a bank examiner or with a commercial bank.
3. In-depth knowledge of the various factors related to commercial lending products and a working knowledge of residential mortgage products.
