There is no fee for using online bill pay service if you: Have an eligible Checking Account Or keep a minimum daily balance of total combined deposits of $5,000 If you're not eligible for free Web BillPay, the cost is $5.95 a month for unlimited number of bills paid.
8.	Enrollment - Enrollment is available for existing Cathay eBanking customers only. The online application is located in the “Payment Manager” option after logging onto Cathay eBanking.
