To enroll in Cathay eCashManagement, please follow the steps below:
- Read and print the Agreement & Disclosure:
Cathay eCashManagement Agreement & Disclosure,
Cathay eCashManagement Fee Schedule
- Print
Cathay eCashManagement Enrollment Form.
- Complete the Cathay eCashManagement Enrollment Form and sign the
Cathay eCashManagement Agreement & Disclosure.
- Mail both completed Cathay eCashManagement Enrollment Form and
signed Cathay eCashManagement Agreement & Disclosure to:
Cathay Bank - Alternative Delivery Department,
4128 Temple City Blvd, Rosemead, CA 91770.
