Identify improvement opportunities and methods to streamline processing and improve production. Participate in the planning and management of small to moderate scope projects; including project documentation. Conduct vendor/system analysis and support the development of proposals for new operations systems and/or vendors. Participate in all aspects of systems related issues, concerns, or changes. Act as a liaison between Operations and internal IT Department, as well as IBS Support Department. Assist with training operations units for system implementation changes. Perform all aspects of user acceptance testing for new, upgraded or enhanced systems from beginning of a project through implementation. Include writing test plans, test scripts, perform validation and document results. Compile data and prepare regularly scheduled or specially requested management reports. Basic Requirements: College degree preferred but not required. 3-5 years of experience in banking/financial service industry. Project management training or education helpful. Deposit system knowledge including system testing experience required. Good understanding of banking and branch operations. Analytical approach to research. Understanding of project management concepts. Good organizational skills. Ability to relate to staff, at all levels. PC proficient including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
