1. To qualify for statement credit, a new merchant account must be established during June 5, 2023 through October 31, 2023 and activated by accepting and authorizing a $10 minimum transaction by November 30, 2023. Applicable fees must be collected before account credits will be processed. Credits will be applied to the Elavon statement the month following the account activation. All merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. The offer may be extended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. Offer available only to merchants in the U.S. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. 2. Promotion valid on all newly boarded merchant accounts that sign up for a Standard or Premium talech software package, or existing customers that add a talech Standard or Premium software plan from June 5, 2023 through December 31, 2023. To qualify, new accounts must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after the approval date. An existing account must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after adding talech Standard or Premium. Merchant accounts must be activated and actively processing for a minimum of one week and be in an open status at the time of the promotion credit. The statement credit is made within 60 days of the merchant account meeting the required criteria. Promotion ends on December 31, 2023, and all terms and conditions will expire on March 31, 2024. 3. To qualify for the $150 Cathay Bank checking account credit, a new merchant account must be established with Elavon merchant services between June 5, 2023, and October 31, 2023. Clients must activate their merchant account within 30 days after it is opened and must fund a Cathay Bank Advanced Business Checking or Commercial Analysis Checking account. If these qualifiers are not completed by the required date, the credit will be forfeited. Applicable account fees must be collected before account credit will be processed.
