Operating System and Browser Compatibility

Cathay Business Online Banking is compatible with the current, generally available versions of the following browsers and operating systems. Other OS and browsers may be used; however, they are not supported by the bank and some features may not function properly.

For maximum security, Cathay Bank recommends the use of the latest browser versions offered (including security patches).  Versions that are two releases or older than the current release are not supported. Additionally, if a browser or operating system is no longer supported by the vendor, it is not supported by Cathay Bank.

Beta versions of browsers and operating systems are not supported.
