1. To qualify for the $200 statement credit, a new merchant account must be established between June 2, 2025 through September 30, 2025 and activated by accepting and authorizing a $10 minimum payment transaction by October 31, 2025. Applicable fees must be collected before account credits will be processed. Credits will be applied to the Elavon statement the month following the account activation. All merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. The offer may be extended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. Offer is available only to merchants in the U.S. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. Restrictions may apply.
2. Promotion valid on all newly boarded merchant accounts (MID) that include enrollment for a Standard or Premium talech software package, or existing Cathay Bank customers that add a talech Standard or Premium software plan between June 2, 2025 – September 30, 2025. To qualify, new accounts (MIDs) must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after the approval date. An existing account must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after adding talech Standard or Premium. Merchant accounts must be activated and actively processing for a minimum of one week and be in an open status at the time of the promotion credit. The Elavon $250 or $400 statement credit is made within 60 days of the merchant account meeting the required criteria. Promotion ends on September 30, 2025, and all terms and conditions will expire on December 31, 2025. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. Restrictions may apply. May not be available with other offers. 3. To qualify for the $200 Cathay Bank checking account credit, a new merchant account must be established with Cathay Bank merchant services between June 2 and September 30, 2025. Clients must activate their merchant account within 30 days after it is opened and must fund a Cathay Bank Advanced Business Checking or Commercial Analysis Checking account. If these qualifiers are not completed by the required date, the credit will be forfeited. Applicable account fees must be collected before account credit will be processed.
4. Additional fees may apply. Separate agreements and other fees may accompany the additional services referenced in the promotional materials.
